Joel Polen

Managing Partner, Engineering and Technical Services

Joel boasts a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, he has been recruiting in Engineering and Technical Services for just over 15 years.

After joining the MRINetwork in the Plymouth Meeting location in 2003, he quickly established himself as a top producer and manager in the office. Upon the previous owner’s retirement in 2006, he made the decision to purchase the office and continue his growth and success.

Joel continues to be a partner and resource to his well-established clients and candidates. Concentrating on both permanent and contract placements, he has successfully filled positions in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York.

While growing his own business, Joel continues to develop new Account Managers in other disciplines of the business.
